Stephen Hayden
Chief Flight Instructor, CFII, MEI
Stephen Hayden is currently an Airline Transport Pilot employed with JetBlue. Steve holds over 16,000 hours of flight time in everything from ultra-lights, helicopters and seaplanes, to turbo props and heavy jets. He's even managed to get a little aerobatic time in a Super Decathalon.
Nick Bridges
Flight Instructor, CFII
Nick started his aviation career at Boston Logan International Airport as cargo agent, deicer, ramp agent, and aircraft reposition coordinator while working on his PPL. He trained with Steve for his Instrument rating before earning his Commercial and CFI ratings with ATP Flight School. Nick has a passion for anything aviation, hockey, and any outdoor activity.
Michelle Zemba
Office Manager
Michelle Zemba has been part of Westfield Flight Academy for several years as one of the main points of contact. She is considered the "glue" of the operation working with all facets of the business including scheduling maintenance and vendor operations.

Bill Faulkner has been an Aviation Enthusiast his entire life. He is a Civil Air Patrol Veteran who soloed when he was 16. He now has his Private Pilot's license. And, is happy to help train the next generation of Aviators.
